Description:

You can manage resource items much more efficiently with Rendezvous’ conference management software. Resource and catering items are attached to the individual rooms on a booking with separate timings and notes for each item. In addition, resource items can have set up and breakdown times scheduled which appear on departmental planners and catering sheets, allowing catering managers to write rotas more efficiently.
